HHS IS Hiring! We are currently seeking housekeepers in Nashville, TN at $17.50/hr. This will be a temp role with the opportunity to gain full-time employment. Evening/Night shifts available.

We're looking for friendly, compassionate, team players to join our housekeeping team!
Provide a superior level of cleaning quality in a hospital environment. Create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where patients can heal.
Responsibilities - Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Ensure all areas are sanitized and meet health and safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and waste disposal.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests from staff or management.
- Assist in training new housekeeping staff as needed.
- Uphold HHS's standards of quality and customer service.
Physical Requirements - Standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift
- Pushing and pulling carts or equipment (over 100 lb.) on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shift
- Must handle chemicals including bleach, wax, and disinfectants
- Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job.
Qualifications - Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to cleaning practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with environmental services and sanitation practices is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
